Function / Content

This series consists of a notebook containing a summary of correspondence and an alphabetical index to correspondence files. The front of the notebook contains a summary of correspondence sent and received from individual leaseholders recording the date and subject of letters, telegrams and telephone calls. The last four pages of the notebook contain an index which records the following details; name, AL [number], file [number], ledger, securities [reference numbers], and remarks.
